I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and have helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I have an effective blend of evidence-based practices and client-centered focus. I bring with me the knowledge and experience that I have gained while earning a MS in Counseling and a PhD in Counseling Psychology.
I offer in-person and virtual coaching sessions. The focus of your coaching is designed by you to help you on your path to overcoming obstacles, improving your mindset, and achieving your goals. Areas of focus include Personal Growth, Stress Management, Interpersonal Skill Building, Couples Coaching, Career Development, and Academic Writing Support.
