Tonawandas Summer Volunteer Fair 2023!
May 20 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am
The Chamber of Commerce of the Tonawandas is thrilled to host a Volunteer Fair on Saturday, May 20 from 9-11am at Webster’s Bistro Patio on 102 Webster Street in North Tonawanda. Summertime was made for reconnecting, especially in these post-COVID times and potential volunteers can learn about volunteer opportunities as diverse as becoming a ride operator at the Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum to delivering meals supporting the Twin Cities Meals on Wheels. Even if you are not interested in volunteering, come out to gain more information on these outstanding community organizations. Participating organizations searching for volunteers include the American Red Cross, ArtPark, the Boys and Girls Club of the Northtown, Carnegie Art Center, DeGraff Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Facility, Kiwanis Club of Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda Neighborhood Watch, Platter’s Chocolate Factory, Twin Cities Meals on Wheels, and Free Child ID Cards. Representatives from these organizations will discuss a myriad of opportunities so please plan to visit Webster’s Bistro on Saturday, May 20. This is a FREE event and there is no RSVP required.
Thank you to Barb Hughes for opening her patio at Webster’s Bistro to us on May 20 from 9-11am!
